However, its' not numbered and lettered so I had to take a Sharpie and do it myself. The pieces are cheap plastic and too light but I expected that. Also, the squares on the board are differently colored than pictured. The squares are dark tan and dark brown and I wish the tan squares were lighter in color because the dark tan and brown is not as easy on the eyes. I bought this set for my dad and shortly after getting it I discovered and bought the 2 in 1 Magnetic Chess and Checkers set on Amazon for myself. At $10 the magnetic set is a way better deal.
